Free Internet in the City of Rogers

Documentation Help for Applying for Other Free and Low-cost Options

  • If you currently do not have home internet service and have a student who qualifies for free or reduced lunch, you may qualify to receive low-cost home internet through Cox or AT&T (details below).

    If you need verification of your student’s eligibility to apply, contact Moises Manjarres by email or text at Moises.manjarres@rpsar.net. The message will need to include parent or guardian name, your student’s ID number, school they attend, and home address.

    You can also create a School Cafe account to access proof of eligibility by visiting the schoolcafe.com website on a computer or smart phone.

    AT&T offers internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 per month through our Access from AT&T program including households that particpate in the National School Lunch Program and Head Start.
