INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Rogers Public Schools offers 9th-12th grade students several opportunities to earn credentials and industry recognized certifications within each Launch career program. Students may pursue "stackable" certifications within one or more program of study in preparation of transitioning to advanced studies in college or entering the career field following high school graduation.
Industry credentials and certifications convey a standard of proficiency relating to both knowledge and skills sets that meet industry standards within the modern workplace environment.
In addition to certifications that can be earned within the Launch career programs offered at the RPS Career Center and on the high school campuses, Rogers Public Schools has partnered with local businesses and industries to expand opportunities for students to attend specialized certification and training programs that align with local workforce demands.
Below is a list of industry certifications for the Launch career programs of study. Collaboration with local business and industry partners provides guidance and suggestions for additional industry certifications that would align with Launch career program areas to ensure students are well prepared for jobs with local companies and to maintain a pipeline of skilled workers needed to meet local workforce demands.
