Classical Learning Test (CLT) Suite of Assessments

  • CLT - Classic Learning Test is a college-entrance exam that assesses Verbal Reasoning, Grammar/Writing, and Quantitative Reasoning. The CLT exam promotes logical and critical thinking and features reading passages from classic and historical texts. The CLT is delivered in an online format with multiple-choice questions over 120 minutes. Students can take the CLT on their own via remote proctoring. Students can use these exams to apply to colleges, earn scholarships, and identify their academic strengths and areas for improvement. Not all universities accept the CLT. 
  • CLT 10 - CLT10 is a practice/diagnostic for the CLT that covers Verbal Reasoning, Grammar/Writing, and Quantitative Reasoning. The CLT10 is delivered in an online format over 120 minutes. The CLT10 cannot be taken on a student’s own time outside of the school setting.
