The Rogers School District is committed to providing an environment of educational excellence where all belong, all learn and all succeed. Our schools are high achieving, safe and welcoming. Rogers students enjoy a special hometown atmosphere as well as a rich diversity of classmates.
We serve more than 15,600 students in our 16 elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools and an alternative school
Our high schools have been named among the the Best High Schools in America by U.S. News and World Report, and three of our middle schools have been named the most outstanding middle schools in the state. Our gifted and talented program was also recently named the Outstanding Gifted and Talented Program in the state for districts with more than 3,000 students.
Our student achievements include numerous National Merit Finalists, Odyssey of the Mind world competitors, and acceptance into top-ranked colleges. Our seniors are awarded more than $14 million in scholarships each year. Our students also excel in music, art and extracurricular activities and have been recent state champions in cross country, tennis, wrestling, indoor track and outdoor track as well as golf.
Our teachers are dedicated to helping children achieve the skills and knowledge they need for a lifetime of success. They are a friendly, caring, professional staff that work as a team to meet the needs of every student.
Our teachers have formed a professional learning community dedicated to continual improvement and studying the latest teaching techniques and educational innovations. Each year the district brings provides professional development to help teachers deliver the best possible instruction to our students. More than half of our teachers, administrators, and supervisors have earned advanced degrees.

Our teachers have recently distinguished themselves as the National P.E. Teacher of the Year, National Counselor of the Year, a national Economics Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Environmental Educator of the Year, Hero of the Heart Award Winners, State Cross Country Coach of the Year, State Elementary Counselor of the Year, Wal-Mart State Teacher of the Year, State Wrestling Coach of the Year, and a NASDAQ National Economics Teaching Award Finalist. We have more than 100 national board certified teachers and several National Educator Award-winners recognized by the Milken Foundation.
Our community members and our parents volunteer thousands of hours each year in our schools. Every day, volunteers tutor students, organize parent centers, assist teachers and serve as mentors. Community and parent involvement helps our students achieve their best.

Students also have access to the finest classroom technology. Our community has dedicated one mill to ensuring the students have the latest technological resources they need. Our media centers also offer students a wealth of information to draw upon for classroom and homework assignments.
