Enroll in Rogers Public Schools!
We are excited to welcome you to Rogers Public Schools! Below you’ll find enrollment information for both the 2026-2027 and 2025-2026 (current) school years. Please make sure you select the correct school year when registering.
STEP 1: GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Before beginning registration, please have the following documents ready:
Age Verification (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Proof of Address (one of the following):
Current real-estate property tax receipt showing the parent/guardian’s name and address
Rental or lease agreement with the parent/guardian’s name and address
Current utility bill showing the parent/guardian’s name and address
Social Security Number (If unavailable, we will establish a 900# for identification)
Immunization Record
Physical Examination (Kindergarten only)
STEP 2: FIND YOUR SCHOOL
Use our Boundary Checker to locate your school by entering your physical address.
STEP 3: REGISTER ONLINE OR IN PERSON
You can register online using the links below or visit your boundary school or the RPS Welcome Center for in-person assistance.

REGISTER IN PERSON
If you do not have an email account and/or would rather complete the enrollment process in person, you are welcome to visit your boundary school or our Welcome Center located at 605 West Dyke Road. Walk-ins are welcome at the Welcome Center; however, you may visit Welcome Center Appointment Calendar to schedule an appointment if you prefer.

School Choice
INTERDISTRICT TRANSFERS
If you live outside of the Rogers School District and would like your child to attend one of our schools for the 2026-2027 school year, you can apply through the Arkansas School Choice Program.
Download and complete the School Choice Application
Submit the completed form by June 1, 2026 to Erica Ayala (erica.ayala@rpsar.net).
INTRADISTRICT TRANSFERS
If you live in the Rogers School District and would like your child to attend a school outside of your residential zone for the 2026-2027 school year, you can apply using an In-District Transfer Form.

STUDENT ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To stay eligible for athletics after transferring, a student must complete a CSAP Form to confirm the move was not for athletic reasons.
CSAP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Enrollment Deadline: By July 1 before grades 7-12 (public schools) or grades 7-10 (boarding schools).
Signatures Required: Previous district superintendent & new district superintendent
Parent/guardian (witnessed by the new superintendent or a notary)
JV CSAP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
A JV CSAP Form allows students who meet all other eligibility rules (except transfer requirements) to compete at the junior varsity level, with signatures from both superintendents and parents.
Register for Pre-K
If you are interested in registering your four-year old in preschool, please complete the online enrollment. Visit the Rogers Public Schools Pre-K website to complete the rest of the enrollment process.
