    If you are needing to obtain a copy of your student's Free and Reduced Priced Meals approval letter, please contact Kellie Simpson at kellie.simpson@rpsar.net. We will need you to verify your student's ID number, home address, school they attend, and parents' names. 

    Similarly, if you have been approved you can obtain a copy quicker from our School Cafe website at https://www.schoolcafe.com/ROGERSPS. You will need your student's ID number and an email to set up an account. One logged in, you can view your student's approval letter under "Eligibility Info". If you do not have an approval letter please submit an application by selecting "Apply".

Virtual Meals

  • Virtual students can pick up meals at the following locations:

    Elza Tucker Elementary, Birch Kirksey Middle School, Greer Lingle Middle School, and Garfield Elementary.

    The serving times are from 10:15 am to 10:45 am. Monday-Friday.
