33 Rogers Schools Juniors Selected for Arkansas Governor’s School
ROGERS – Thirty-three juniors from Rogers Public Schools have been selected to attend the 46th Arkansas Governor’s School this summer at Arkansas Tech University. Nearly 10% of the 400 top rising seniors selected statewide are from Rogers, a testament to the district’s academic excellence and student achievement.
Arkansas Governor’s School is a four-week summer residential program for upcoming high school seniors who are Arkansas residents. Funded by the Arkansas State Legislature through the Department of Education, the program covers tuition, room, board, and instructional materials. The experience offers a non-credit, intellectually challenging environment designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and leadership in the state’s most promising students.
