COUNSELING & STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Helping students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.

The Rogers Public Schools Counseling Department partners with students, families, staff, and the community to support student success. Through counseling services, social-emotional support, academic planning, and family resources, we help students develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in school and beyond.

HOW WE SUPPORT STUDENTS

Supporting the Whole Child

School counselors work with students to promote academic achievement, personal growth, career exploration, and social-emotional well-being.

  • Helping students set goals, build strong learning habits, and plan for future success.

  • Providing guidance, coping strategies, and support through life's challenges.

  • Helping students explore interests, develop plans, and prepare for life after graduation.

  • Connecting students and families with school and community resources.
